Super Hero Teams
There are many super hero teams and tandems out there. Batman and Robin, the X-Men, Justice League, Captain Planet's group of teenagers are all groups that come to my mind. What also comes to my mind is how these groups always find a way to work together. I feel like there are super heros who should not be on the same team. That is to say the whole is way less than the sum of the parts. No one is going to pair up Man that controls fire and Water-Friend. Their super powers counteract each other. Man that controls fire (yes, that is his hypothetical super name) would be using his fire to burn an enemy and here comes Water-Friend who blasts out the fire with his water like an idiot. Just like that, the small arms dealers with inferior technology and no super powers take advantage of couple of super heros who were too dumb to realize they shouldn't be working together. Or if there was a super hero like Anger-Man he should not be paired with Love-Dude. There is no yin and yang combination of super heros. Anger-Man and Love-Dude would be a terrible duo on the super hero battle field, Anger and Love would probably fight more against each other than they would the other team. I just think it is unrealistic to believe super heros should be able to find a way to make all their specific powers and abilities to work together. I think we need a cartoon where the super hero team does not work well together and the moral of the story would be that sometimes groups do not work, they look good in theory, but in practice it doesn't work out.
